A recent project took us back to Scottow Enterprise Park. We were invited to refurbish another unit on the 600 acre business park into office accommodation.
Our team arrived on site and commenced with the ceiling, where we took out the existing ceiling tiles and replaced them with new Rockfon Artic tiles. We then moved onto the floors. This involved pulling up the existing flooring, before laying a mid grey safety flooring in the WC area, the kitchen and the store, and a dark grey carpet tile throughout the rest of the space. While all of this was taking place, our team painted throughout, applying white emulsion to the walls and black gloss to the woodwork.
We were pleased to be able to give this office space a fresh new look and handed it back to the landlord ready for the arrival of new tenants.
