As we head towards the winter months, weather conditions can make working outside more challenging.  This autumn has been no exception.

Our latest project to reach completion is a warehouse refurbishment on the edge of Norwich.  The warehouse was left empty after previous tenants moved out.  We were appointed to refurbish it, before it’s let out to new tenants in the coming months.

A good proportion of the works on this particular project was external.  We carried out roof repairs, cleaning of soffits, gutters and cladding, removal of overgrown trees and shrubs, and tarmac repairs.  The heavy downpours that we’ve had of late meant that careful programming of the works was required.

When the team weren’t dodging the rain, they worked indoors to remove the previous tenant’s fixtures and fittings, clean and paint throughout, and replace flooring in the office and WC areas.
