Recently we headed back to Scottow Enterprise Park where we were invited to refurbish another unit on the park into office accommodation.

We started the project by working on the ceiling. We removed the existing ceiling tiles and replaced them with new Rockfon Artic tiles.

While this was taking place our painters, commenced decorating throughout the entire room.  They applied white emulsion to the walls and black gloss to the woodwork.

Finally, our team moved onto the floors.  This involved taking up the existing floor, before laying a mid grey safety flooring in the WC area, the kitchen and the store, and a dark grey carpet tile throughout the rest of the space.

When the ceiling, walls and floors were completed we handed the refurbished office space back to the landlord ready for the arrival of new tenants.
