Over the last couple of months, we have been working on an office reinstatement project in the centre of Norwich.  The offices are part of a detached building on a major route in and out of the city.  We were appointed to give the building a new lease of life. It will then be made available to prospective new tenants.

Initial works focused on servicing and upgrading electrical and mechanical services.  Following that, we commenced work on the exterior of the building.  This included adding new roofing and render. We then started painting.  We also spent some time inside the building undertaking general repairs and decorating.  The site was finished with a newly resurfaced car park.

Working in such a prominent location meant that we had to pay particular attention to the high volume of cars and pedestrians passing the site.  We are very pleased with this office reinstatement project, which ran very smoothly.  The result is a very smart and attractive looking building!
