Ground Floor Refurbishment at The Forum

Completed February 2022

The former Tourist Information Office on the ground floor at the front of The Forum had been empty for a while.  But with new tenants moving into the office space, we were asked to refurbish it prior to their arrival.

We commenced the project with the removal works.  This involved removing cupboards and furniture (except for some low cupboards), carpet tiles and some window hangings.  We then “made good” any holes and any damage to the walls in order to prepare them ready for painting.

The next stage was to paint throughout.  The incoming tenants had chosen a bold blue paint for a feature wall, with white for all of the remaining walls. Our painters worked through painting all the walls as agreed.

We then laid mid grey carpet tiles before installing frosted vinyl graphics to the windows to complete the project.  The graphics were designed alongside the client and were positioned for branding and privacy purposes.
