We were appointed to carry out some fire improvement works at a North Norfolk care home.

Several sections of the partition walls between the bedrooms and main corridor had been deemed non-compliant from a fire safety point of view.  We worked through each section of partition wall in question, removing the substandard partition and replacing it with a 30-60 minute fire rated wall. We cut out the existing wall around the door frame and architrave, and rebuilt it with the fire rated materials.  We then re-boarded it, skimmed the area and then painted it to finish the project.
