We headed back to a care home where we have undertaken several projects previously – this time to carry out some works externally. We were appointed to carry out a refurbishment of the fascias and soffits around the perimeter of the entire building, which had become weather damaged.

Our team worked through the repairs section by section.  We over-boarded the existing fascia with brown plastic board and either over-boarded the soffit with white plastic board or applied white paint to the existing soffit.  We paid particular importance to the health and safety around working at height, as all the repairs had to be carried out using either a scaffold tower or a ladder.
