We were appointed by a tenant at a commercial office at a business park on the outskirts of Norwich to complete some remedial works for them. This formed part of the schedule of dilapidations issued by the landlord’s surveyors.

The work involved us removing fixtures, fittings and signage.  We then decorated walls, doors and window frames, before installing new units and worktops within the kitchen and fitting new carpet tiles in the office areas. Finally, we also tested the plumbing and electrics.

We were delighted to receive some very positive comments from the tenant on completion of the project. They thanked us for the work that we carried out and recommended our services going forward.
