We were appointed to complete some works to a care home in Attleborough recently. Although the works were largely external, with the care home being fully operation at the time we had to pay particular attention to the project planning to ensure that minimal disruption was caused to residents and staff of the home.
We commenced the works by removing the fascias and gutters around the perimeter of the care home. We then replaced them with new grey pvc gutters. We also overclad the existing barge boards in white pvc.
Once this was complete we removed windows from 22 of the rooms and replaced them with new aluminium windows.
Finally, we removed and replaced two external doors, made alterations to a bay window and installed four external box lights.
