We were appointed  to undertake improvement works to both the main Dining Room and the Dementia Care Unit (DCU) Dining/Sitting Room at a care home in Long Stratton.

The main Dining Room element of the project involved a complete refurbishment. This included the creation of a small resident’s kitchenette and the installation of new windows.  The works to the Dining/Sitting Room in the DCU included the installation of an external door set and the refurbishment of the kitchenette.  Temporary dining areas were created throughout the home for the residents to use while the works were in progress.

Within both Dining Rooms we stripped out the original doors, lights, flooring, skirtings before building and refurbishing the kitchenettes accordingly.
