Part of our work at a care home near Great Yarmouth involved carrying out a series of repairs to several bedrooms, corridors and the dining room.

The repairs included replacing skirtings, patching repairs, stripping wallpaper, painting walls, fitting kick plates and refixing handrails.  With it being a live care home environment, we had to work closely with the staff at the care home to ensure that the rooms we needed to work in were vacated while we were carrying out the repairs.  We worked through our task list room by room in order to complete the repairs.
