To start the project, we were required to remove a large panel of glass from the existing reception area. With the wider building being open daily to the general public, we had to give considerable attention to health and safety, ensuring that all working areas were cordoned off and that all glass was removed off site carefully and safely outside of normal opening hours. Fortunately, the process went smoothly and seamlessly.
As part of the project, the client required a series of interview rooms. We created these by building partition walls, which we formed by installing metal floor and head channels, and metal stud walls, all finished with sound proofing, insulation, and plasterboard to each face. We then installed internal windows and doors, and decorated throughout.
It’s always nice to receive good feedback when we complete a project and this was no exception. The Chief Executive of The Forum commented on how polite the team was and how tidily they worked. Well done to everyone involved!
