Following the strip out works of our large industrial warehouse, we drew the refurbishment project to a close just prior to Christmas.
Once we’d taken the warehouse back to its original shell, we started on the roof, where we replaced the roof lights. Externally, we also replaced gutters and cladding, plus carried out some drain and curb repair works. New roller shutter and steel doors gave the unit a smart, new look.
Moving inside, we reinstated part of the original mezzanine and installed a new set of stairs up to it. We infilled a former weigh table area, installed a new heating system and undertook electrical upgrades. In the office areas, we carried out steel works, where two offices had been knocked through to create one open plan office. We fitted new suspended ceilings and laid new flooring. We also installed a new kitchen and decorated throughout.
The warehouse unit is now all set for a new future. What a transformation!
