We were recently asked back by one of our clients to create two additional laboratories for them at their premises in Wymondham.
Early last year the client appointed us to remodel a large section of their warehouse into laboratory and office space. Having used the new labs and offices over the course of the past year, the client decided that they would benefit from dedicating more of the remaining warehouse space to laboratories too. With that in mind, they contacted us and we agreed to create two further labs for them.
Once the client had confirmed the layout of the new areas, we were able to commence the build. Our team arrived onsite and marked out the footprint, before beginning to erect the stud walls. Each wall comprised of a steel floor track and stud walls, all finished with plasterboard. This is before we added door and window frames, and insulation between the walls. When the walls were in place, we fitted the suspended ceilings and laid the flooring. A new sink and kitchen area completed the laboratories, giving them a smart and practical finish.
